Matching Ideas-People: the Call for People

The Call for People gathers CVs of people who have good management skills and are looking for an interesting innovative business idea.
The Organizing Committee examines the best Ideas and the CVs, then make separate interviews to those who submitted them in order to match the People with good technological opportunities which still lack management skills.

After the selection, a first meeting between the single Ideas and People takes place. If they ?like? each other, the management expert becomes tutor of the Idea and helps those who submitted it to write a good business plan and make a good elevator pitch. The help offered by the manager is completely free.

It could happen that management experts also join the team who submitted the Idea in order to run together a new start-up, but the decision lies upon those who subimitted the Idea.
